Fireworks Set for August 17th Madison International Speedway is pleased to announce that the Gordie Boucher Fireworks Extravaganza originally scheduled for June 22nd has been rescheduled for Friday, August 17th. Once again the show will be put on by Thunder Cat Fireworks. “This is a big show for the fans and we are very happy that everything came together so that we could reschedule it,” said MIS General Manager Dave Grueneberg. “The show that the fans will see is second to none. Every year the guys seem to outdo themselves and come up with something bigger and better.” August 17th will be a full night of action at MIS with the Weaver Auto Parts Madison Late Models, Rockweiler Insulation Limited Late Models, and Roto Rooter Bandits all in action along with the Faster Pastor Race #2 as part of WNWC Life 102.5 Night.
