January 10, 2009 (Oregon, WI) Five drivers have been crowned champions at Madison International Speedway for 2008. Nathan Haseleu of Pardeeville, Wisconsin, won his first track championship at MIS by taking home top honors in the Weaver Auto Parts Super Late Models. Bob Wilberg of Beloit, Wisconsin, made it two in a row by winning the Rockweiler Insulation Limited Late Model championship this year. The title was Wilberg's tenth track championship at MIS. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Chester Ace of Oregon, Wisconsin, won his first championship at MIS in the Roto Rooter Bandits. Ace won seven features enroute to his title. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Max McNamara of Ingleside, Illinois, won seven features on his way to the track championship in the Pellitteri Waste Systems Legends. This was the sixteen year old driver's first title at MIS. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
